How long will a window cleaning appointment take?+
We are generally faster than most companies because we use a hybrid of water-fed pole and mop — but we never rush. For a typical single-family home in Metro Detroit expect roughly 1–3 hours, depending on window count and stories.
What's included in your window cleaning service?+
Every job is a four-in-one: glass, frames, sills, and screens/nets. We also do a general window-health check while we're there — noting seal issues, cracks, or hardware problems so you can address them before they become expensive.
Do you clean interior windows too?+
Yes. We offer interior-only, exterior-only, or interior + exterior. Inside, we put booties on, lay drop cloths, and finish with squeegee and microfiber detailing on every pane, sill, and track.
Why use a water-fed pole instead of ladders?+
Water-fed poles let us clean windows up to two stories from the ground using 100% pure deionized water. The result is safer for your home (no ladders leaning on siding or gutters) and gives spot-free, streak-free glass without any soap residue.
Do you clean screens and window sills?+
Yes — every exterior clean includes the screens/nets and sills at no extra charge. It's part of our standard four-in-one package.
How do you price a job?+
We price per window and give you a flat, upfront quote before we start. What we quote is what you pay — no surprise fees on the invoice.
What's your satisfaction guarantee?+
You only pay when you're happy. If anything isn't right when we walk the property with you at the end, we fix it before we take a cent.
